You need a good monolingual (English only) dictionary that shows you the pronunciation, the word stress, part of speech, and most of the definitions or uses of the words.

3. Label items in your house, car, book bag, etc. in English.
Type or write on one side of the paper the English word for that item and the pronunciation on the other side. Tape it to the item. Now every time you use it, you can see what that item is called in English. If you have a hard time pronouncing, you can just look on the other side.
4. Listen to and talk to native speakers.
To learn English, you have to speak it as often as possible. Listen to and talk to native speakers. These are two of the most effective ways to increase your English fluency. Remember, you do not have to understand every word or speak like a native to participate.
5. Do your homework. This is essential if you want to be fluent in English.
